Virtual Workshop Director
• 2 Positions Available
• Creates instructional/tutorial videos on basic hardware and software principles
• Must know how to edit and record videos and publish to YouTube
• Must know at least one programming language: C++, C, Java, Python, etc.
• Must know how to use hardware such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.
Physical Workshop Director
• 2 Positions Available
• Holds physical workshops on campus on basic hardware and software principles
• Must know at least one programming language: C++, C, Java, Python, etc.
• Must know how to use hardware such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.
Local Corporate
• 2 Positions Available
• Seek sponsorship from local businesses
• Coordinate all food/beverages for the event
• Must be able to effectively communicate to managers/owners
External Corporate
• 2 Positions Available
• Seek sponsorship from corporate companies
• Coordinate possible representatives from companies to come to the event
• Work with Corporate Branch of IEEE TAMU
• Must be able to speak and draft emails in a professional manor
Marketing
• 2 Positions Available
• Responsible for designing flyers and advertisements that promote the hackathon
• Responsible for designing T-shirts and creating merchandise
• Responsible for distributing emails and social media posts that promote the hackathon
